Can't Renumber Trans in Closed Period
Hi All,
I have to re-number a bunch of cash sales. Some of those are in closed periods so I checked the box that allows non-G/L changes in closed periods. A number of transactions throw the error "The G/L impact of a transaction in a closed period cannot be changed". It looks like the G/L impact that is changed has to do with how the line item estimated costs have changed since the Cash Sales were created. This is frustrating because I absolutely don't want the costs to change so I can't just re-open the period.
Does anyone have a workaround? All I want to do is change the tranId.
