Incoming Orders with Nothing on Them
Hello;
We've had an issue that started as a "once every few months" and has now become a "once every few days" issue, adding considerable handling time to orders. The issue is that we have been receiving incoming orders with no line items and no total - as far as we've been able to figure out, our customers have a full order on the confirmation page and then after submitting the order, the thank you page is devoid of items.
We have a case open #1843637 but to no avail thus far - has anyone else seen this?
