Can't Contact Support Online

When I click the button for SuiteAnswers, it takes me to the NetSuite login page. This is right after I have logged in. When I try to use the NetSuite Account Center as a workaround, the Submit button is dead. Anyone else having this problem? I'm starting to think they don't want to hear from me.
