Another user has made a change - unable to save changes
for the last couple of weeks several of our users have been experiencing issues when editing a record. They will edit the record make changes and sometimes have the record in edit mode for more than a few minutes to make their changes. When they attempt to save they receive an error stating another user has made changes since and they are unable to save the new changes. They then have to cancel and ultimately lose everything they just entered.
In viewing the system notes on some of the records i am not seeing any changes being made by the system or any other user to be able to explain this error. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason for it most times.
