List rate recalculation error

We discovered post upgrade that every time a line item is resubmitted on an invoice- either by hitting “done” on the line or by saving the invoice -the list rate recalculates to 1/12 what it was previously. This is for any invoice with maintenance/term licenses. Only happens for existing sales orders and we can't replicate in sandbox or by creating a test.

We created a ticket (1918370) and was advised that NetSuite was looking into the issue. Anyone else?
