Tax Issue for WA customers

Hello all,

I am having issues with sales orders that come in from WA.  Sales orders that come from WA should be taxed, but are NOT.  All customer records from WA have the “Taxable” checkbox checked on the financial sub-tab accordingly.  Additionally, the appropriate Tax Item is linked with the appropriate Tax Group on the customer records.  All of these fields also get sourced to the Sales Order as I can see on all WA Sales Orders that the “Taxable” checkbox is checked, the “Tax” field lists the appropriate Tax Group item and the “Tax %” field has the appropriate value.  My
