Netsuite 'uptime' figures - status.netsuite.com
Hello,
This is just a quick question to users in regards to Netsuite's downtime/ performance problems including the recent issues on Thurs/Fri.
Has anyone historically had any experience with Netsuite falling below their 99.5% guarantee over a quarter, and obtained a credit?
Does extreme slowness and hindered performance count as 'down time' or do they only count when the accounts can't be accessed? If its the latter, this doesn't seem right.
