Rev Rec Fields Not Visible to Searches
There are a few fields used in revenue recognition processes that are not exposed to search criteria or search results.
ITEM RECORD:
1) The "Allocation Type" field on Item records is not exposed to search results and not available for search criteria.
TRANSACTION RECORD:
1) The "Allocation Type" field is not available for transaction searches either.
2) The "Is Estimate" checkbox is not available.
Visibility to these fields in various searches is imperative to various reconciliation processes and waterfall schedules required by our auditors.
Does anybody know of a workaround? Trying to retrieve them as formula fields does not work either.
