Replies to Emails Sent Thru NS

Having an issue for the past couple of weeks, where if someone replies back to an email sent through NS (for example Purchase Order to vendor or Sales Order to customer) - the email bounces back to them as undeliverable. Seems to be increasing in frequency....anyone else experiencing this as of late?

There doesn't seem to be any pattern of any sort (whether it is a certain IP or email host) and only happens occasionally, but is very problematic.
