urgent erro! warehouse role can not print picking ticket

It happens from 10 minutes ago, warehouse role can not print picking ticket or fulfill orders.
Log in warehouse role, go to PRINT PICKING TICKET, the web page load forever.
Only ADMINISTRATOR ROLL can print picking ticket by going to LIST-MANAGEMENT-PRINT CHECKS AND FORMS-PICKING TICKETS.
Netsuite, please check this urgently.
