Customer Duplicates
I have noticed a lot of our customers have a few duplicate records for example it will be listed as Company, Company 2, Company 3 but it will all be the same company. Recently when I tried to correct something on one of the duplicates I got this error:
A customer record with this ID already exists. You must enter a unique customer ID for each record you create. To correct this record, click back and enter a new customer ID in the Customer field. Then, click Submit.
Is this something new to where you can't have duplicate customers? Just wondering.
