Missing the Basic Subtab on Item Records?
I admin two Netsuite accounts.
Company #1 only has Inventory Items.
Company #2 has Inventory and Assembly items.
I noticed that a Basic subtab appeared on our custom Assembly Item Entry Form after I upgraded the form sometime in 2013. I see the subtab when viewing or editing assembly Item Records, but not when I edit the Assembly Item Entry Form.
I do not see the Basic subtab on Inventory Item Item Records, nor do I see it when I edit our custom Inventory Item Entry Forms for Company #1 or #2.
I am trying to add a Handling Fee to a specific item. SuiteAnswers says there is a Handling field on the Basic subtab of Item Records, but there is no Basic subtab.
