Cart/Checkout Down
Over the last few days, the cart and checkout have gone down for both of our websites. We use Pingdom and Alertra to monitor these.
First Outage - Down:
- Alert Time: 2014-08-21 21:26:11 US/Central
- Result Message: Connection to HTTPS service failed Server
- Message: Unrecognized HTTP error
First Outage - Up:
- Alert Time: 2014-08-21 21:26:44 US/Central
- Result Message: OK
- Protocol Response: 200 OK
Second Outage - Down:
- Alert Time: 2014-08-22 03:02:28 US/Central
- Result Message: Connection to HTTP service failed
- Server Message: Unrecognized HTTP error
Second Outage - Up:
- Alert Time: 2014-08-22 03:08:52 US/Central
