Can't edit addresses at NetSuite->Account Center->Edit Your Profile->Billing->Address

I'm unable to edit addresses at NetSuite->Account Center->Edit Your Profile->Billing->Address

I click change and type the address and it simply fails to keep the entered changes when I submit the edited version.
