Set Global Subscription Status and Campaign Subscription on Online Customer Form
I noticed that when I pass the value on the Online Customer Form to set the Global Subscription Status and Campaign Subscription (&globalsubscriptionstatus=Soft Opt-In&subscriptions={internalid of the campaign subscription}), if the Lead record is currently set as Soft Opt-Out it will set the Global Subscription Status but will not tick the Campaign Subscription.
As per my testing and investigation, In the UI you can set both values and it will be saved. The execution context when the record is edited by the online customer form is 'userevent' and in user event script you can also set both values on after submit. I already filed a case (2007847) as this appears to be a major defect but have not had any response from support.
