Unable to Invoice Orders Since "Upgrade"

Here we go again.....  After being down with little functionality due to "Unexpected Errors" for 10 days in July we are now unable to invoice any orders that have kits on them (which in our case is over 90% of our orders) since our "Upgrade" on the weekend. The Fulfilment saves however the results of the fulfilment are not reflected on the Sales Order and as a result they are not on the Invoice either.  We are at a complete standstill during our busiest week of the year.

We have contacted support, our account manager and even one of the VP's of account management however we have yet to get any information back as to the status of our issue or when a fix will be released.
