International USPS shipping options not showing up in cart.

We haven't made any changes to our shipping setup, and suddenly, now USPS Priority and Express International shipping options aren't appearing in the cart for certain products.  By the way, we don't have dimensions plugged in for any products we sell, so this exclusion isn't tied to weight or dimensions of package.  It seems tied to specific items. 

Anyone having this problem?
