Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Two Identical Users with very different speed results
I have a NS ticket for an excessive wait on creating a credit memo. They asked that I send in performance statistics and I ended up with something similar to this:
Server 13 seconds, 6%
Network 2 seconds, 1%
Client 186 seconds, 93%
They then indicated it was my problem with browser, hardware, etc. I am an administrator for my company along with another administrator. The other admin logged into NS on my machine, my browser (IE) and got the following results:
Server 6 seconds, 82%
Network .2 seconds, 3%
Client 1 second, 15%
We then went to her machine, her browser (chrome) and had similar results. Has anyone had similar disparities with users with the same roles and using the same hardware? 150x the delay on the client side on one user vs. the user seems bizarre.
