NetSuite Telephony Functionality Disappeared
Approximately 2 weeks ago I was notified by our Sales Department the small phone icon and subsequent phone hyperlinks have disappeared from the UI. I have no clue what happened and frankly did not even notice the disappearance. I filed case # 2018528 with NS TS. We proceeded to test various fixes which included uninstalling the drivers under Home>Set Preference>Telephony, Different browsers, etc. none of which seemed to help. On one occasion after uninstalling the drivers, rebooting and re-installing the drivers the icons returned but were non-functional ("TAPI Device missing"). We now have Defect 309936:
