Nightmare - New customers cannot get past Shipping Page on Shopping CArt
Well, this is the worst thing to have happen on our best week for online sales. New customers have no way to checkout as the "checkout" button has completely disappeared on the "shipping" selection page. It just happened so Netsuite must have done some magic upgrade. It's the perfect way to destroy my company during the holiday week. I put in a case but who knows how long it will take. to get this working again. In the meantime, I'll just take the hit and lose thousands of dollars in sales. I cannot be more frustrated...
There's the change address button but no proceed to checkout... completely gone. Grrrr....
