Please enter Value(s) for Department,Class,Location, Add Sales Orders Web Services
Our 3rd party edi services partner "enters" sales orders via xml thru web services. Since 10-20 the sales orders for 2 of our customers bounce with this error: Please enter Value(s) for Department, Class, Location. These values are present in the xml and they look exactly the same as sales orders entered successfully prior to 10/20 and for other customers entered sucessfully post 10/20/2014. NetSuite support first said the syntax was wrong in edi services partners xml but has not responded at all since I provided copy of xml for failed and successful sales orders showing the syntax is exactly
