Anyone using the delivered State/Province/County list to source custom state fields?
We have been using this list since we implemented NetSuite, and have recently encountered this issue, which for us only impacts web services:
Every record, as expected, has an internal ID. Alabama, being the first in the list, you would think would have an internal ID of one (1).
Nope - internal ID is zero (0). This is the first record or list I've seen that has a record with internal ID of zero.
This is not an issue, until you grab the text value of the field sourcing from this list with a value of 'Alabama':
- record.getFieldText('custrecord_state') returns null.
