CSS header on "My Account" page displays incorrectly (only page on site to do so)
The css header in question is at https://checkout.netsuite.com/app/center/nlvisitor.nl/c.892904/sc.6/.f?ext=F. The css header looks as desired on all the other links/pages on my website, even the "Sign Up" and "Log In" links, which also link to "https://checkout.netsuite.com/...". One note, I did notice that each of my pages included a <DOCTYPE> statement at the top of the code EXCEPT the "My Account" page. However, I removed the <DOCTYPE> tag used on every page in NetSuite and I still had the problem. However, I am not 100% convinced this still isn't the problem given page caching. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
