Unset Custom Form?
How do I 'unset' a custom form once it has been set? Previously we had stored forms with records, but have since changed the way we do things and now have set it up so that based on your role, you will have a specific preferred form. However, since forms were stored to records, that trumped the preferred forms we wanted to use. We tried deleting the custom form that was previously used and that worked until the user edited the record and then it defaulted to 'Standard Opportunity'. Even after deletion, three records were defaulted to this form. Funny
