Advanced Promotion Trouble (Buy X, Get Y)
This is my first time here. I have an issue with Advanced Promotions...
This is a Buy X, Get Y Promotion...I have created the saved search referencing the correct items. In Buy X, I had to set the Minimum Purchase to 1 unit (no problem). The issue I am having is with applying the discount properly (Buy 1 Get 1 25% Off - Multiple Uses - No limit to the amount of items) Example: Buy 2 Get 2, Buy 3 Get 3, etc. Buy 5 Get 2...
If I set the discount (Buy Y) limit to 1 unit, the discount only is applied to 1 item even if there are 6 items in the cart. Secondly, if I leave the discount limit blank or enter 50, the discount is applied to every item in the cart. Please help with any suggestions. The sale is supposed to be live today.
