Restricting fields from view for a particular role
We use NetSuite to assign cases to our IT group. We have a Help Center Case Entry form for the Employee Center role, and a different Case Entry form for a Case Admin role. Ideally, we would like to use a single form, but hide certain fields for the employee center role.
For example, we want the Case Administrator to be able to assign a programmer to a case, but we don't want the Employee Center role to have that functionality. Can this be done in a single form rather than having a different form for each role?
