PayPal credit card processing not getting authorizations
This started late yesterday. We did some work with google analytics code, but thinking the timing is just a coincidence.
We use PayPal payFlow-pro for our credit card processor. Orders are now coming through the website that do not have a credit card authorization in PayPal. ALL of the orders are now coming through that way. When things were working right, PayPal always had a matching transaction for NetSuite orders showing that the credit card has been Authorized and had an authorization code. Now there are no Authorizations at all in NetSuite or in PayPal. We could authorize manually in NS after each order arrives, but we don't have the customer's 3-Digit security code for their card and payPal can
