Bounced email are not tracked in Netsuite

We are using our own mail server to send bulk merge and campaign emails. It appears like bounced emails are not tracked in Netsuite. Although I can see some failures in Mail server.

Is there a way to get Netsuite to record email bounces even when a third party mail server is used?
