Behaviour of customer entityid field changed automatically
Last night at 2:06 GMT our NetSuite account changed so that the customer entityid field now stores the customer number as well as the customer name. This is not a change that we have made. It happened automatically!
Also, immediately before the change and sporadically afterwards, SuiteTalk returned a HTML document instead of XML:

Over the next few hours there were occasional SuiteTalk connection errors, which I have not see before.
