Standard Cost item - Header value and line value different?

edited Dec 3, 2019 2:45PM in General 2 comments

I recently setup standard cost for an item. Being an assembly item I did a cost roll up and then a cost revaluation. Based on the components, the cost revaluation proposed the assembly cost to be 112.

I next entered a inventory adjustment of +5. The system correctly picked the unit cost at 112.

However when I view my item record, the location where I performed the above transactions show correctly with a unit cost of 112, quantity of 5 and a value of 5*112. But on the item record header I see a totally different value (almost 100 bucks less) and the average cost says 94! There are no other transactions at any other locations. Therefore shouldn't i see the same value in the line and the header? Anyone knows why this is so and if I did something wrong?

Howdy, Stranger!
