Not be able to move Inventory fields on forms

Has any body had the issue not being able to move/edit the below inventory/item fields from forms?

For Advanced Inventory fields, the 'Enabled Features' had been turned on then off. Then these 2 fields appeared on the bottom of the forms and you cannot edit them.
For Inventory fields, they just also appeared on the bottom of the forms and you cannot edit them. Seem like after the 20151 update.

NetSuite Support has noted this for Enhancement, but it seems more like a Defect.
