Webservice conenction timeout -- status.netsuite.com not updated

Just spent the last 1.5 hours trying to figure out why we couldn't connect via webservices.  Checked status.netsuite.com multiple times hoping there would be a message.  Finally called support and was told there is a known issue.  Would have have been much easier to diagnose if status.netsuite.com showed valid data.  It also would have cut down on call center volume.

I know at SuiteWorld a new status page was talked about.  What is the status of that?
