Tasks are being re-opened by Suitelet
We have an issue where some Completed tasks are being changed to Not Started by Script (Suitelet). A ticket was opened with NetSuite regarding this and they said that it is a locked script and is asking our process to close tasks. We do not have a process regarding closing tasks. How can we determine which script re-opened the ticket and has anyone else seen this happen?
