Total insured value amount cannot exceed total customs value amount
When trying to ship a 10 of a specific kit to Canada I receive no error. Once I try to order 50 I receive the following error "Could not calculate cost for selected real time rate. Total insured value amount cannot exceed total customs value amount"
This only happens with one specific kit that I have found so far. The kit uses a custom package that has a maximum of 10 per package. I get by pass this by not selecting the insured packages in the shipping tab but we need to insure every package and the customers have to be able to order this product. The package shows a declared value of $890.00 which is correct, each item cost $89.00.
