We occasionally have customers who have placed orders via the web store phone up and wish to add items they have forgotten to an order or wish to upgrade the shipping to a faster delivery. Since 2015.2 we are unable to re-authorise credit card transactions for a higher amount even though we click the "get Authorization" and have the customers CV2.

This is a process that we have been doing for years but support tell me that since 2007, it has not been possible to re-authorise webstire orders. This isn't true:--
