Issue with "Most Recent Message" in Cases
Good day,
Currently we are running into an issue where the "most recent message" in a case doesn't actually show up on the saved search all the time.
There will be times where it will accurately show the most recent message but other times it will not on the saved search.
The only way to really see the most recent message is to directly go into the case itself, but I don't want to do that as we receive too many cases and we have highlighting set up.
Currently this is how Ive set up the saved search:
Criteria:
Stage>is not closed
0
