Errors since Friday 1/22
Since Friday, there have been three customers who have received errors when trying to log into our website, proceed to checkout. Two customers were using Safari 9.0.2. I'm waiting to hear back from the third Customer. We have tried to replicate the issues on other computers with the same operating system, browser, browser version etc. without success.
We also started receiving an error when trying to bulk print our Pick Tickets using an advanced PDF/HTML template. It had been working flawlessly since it was created in May 2015.
Has anyone else started experiencing any new errors in the last week, or since Friday?
