Auto-Scroll Not Working on Chrome Since Switching Computers (Windows 10)

Recently started using a new work computer that is Windows 10 if that makes any difference.  Have been using Google Chrome like I always do, but noticed a frustrating difference:  the menus will no longer auto-scroll when I move my mouse to the bottom of the menu.  The normal behavior is  that a menu that is longer than the screen will have a downward triangle at the bottom of the menu and hovering over this automatically scrolls down to the rest of the menu.  This is now not happening; I have to click the down triangle each time to receive
