Error when converting the standard Case Escalation Template

When I click "Convert to Scriptable" on the Standard Case Escalation template, Netsuite throws an error:

The template cannot be saved due to the following errors:
Expression issue is undefined on line 36, column 28 in content.

Why is it doing this when converting a standar Netsuite templates which no changes
