Online Customer forms returning Customer ID of "Online###"

Recently we've received a lot of Online Customer forms with a customer ID of "Online123" or "Online124." The correct comapny name appears in the name field and does not match the ID as normal.  I believe it occurring when customers auto fill through Chrome. Has anyone experienced this? Or found a solution?
