Payment not being processed
HI,
I was just wondering if any one is facing the same problem. When we create the sale order and save it we authorize the card but currently its not being authorized and throwing up an error.
Error
A payment hold has been placed on this Sales Order due to a problem with a payment gateway. Orders on hold cannot be fulfilled. You can:
[LIST]
[*]Resubmit for authorization
[*]Override the payment hold
[*]Contact NetSuite Support
[/LIST]
Just wondering if its just for us or for anyone else.
