Insert line item on Sales Orders not working

Hello,

Has anyone else noticed the insert button on sales order line items not working? Some of our salespeople noticed it about a week ago, and my boss and I are trying to figure out if it is something we did or a Netsuite bug, and if there is something we can do to fix it.
