Isolated performance issues at one office location
Hello,
Something odd has been happening with NetSuite at one of our office locations in Wisconsin. About every 6 weeks or so, NetSuite crawls for about half the day. It is the only web site affected as other sites perform normally. There are no reports from any other users across the country, no complaints on the user group and nothing on status.netsuite.com when these issues occur.
It's a pretty big deal for us because a good chunk of our users are in Wisconsin. We can't do a traceroute because pings have been disabled across most of our network.
Has any one come across an issue like this or how to troubleshoot?
