Help! Can't Print Sales Orders Today
We are unable to print from the Print Sales Orders page (Transactions - Management - Print Checks and Forms). We have been using this form to print our orders for the past 9 years. All of a sudden, it stopped working today. We get the message "An unexpected error has occurred....".
Other forms from the "Print Checks and Forms" page are working. Strangely, we can print Sales Orders one-by-one by going to individual Sales Orders. But that is very tedious when printing hundreds of orders. Also, printing from individual pages do not mark the Sales Order's "To Be Printed" field to False.
