I just did my vat return and it was calculating incorrectly.
Since this update, its is putting in gross vat into the return, before discounts. Even though the invoices are declaring the net vat (after discount) the vat return is ignoring these and putting in gross - thats huge!
This was flagged by Inland revenue when I was submitting a vat return with a 23% vat rate (its 20%). I had to 'guestimate' the correct rate (not easy as I do mixed zero rated/standard rated sales) and based on last 2 returns submitted it was c.16.2% so I had to manually adjust to that on my return.
