How to get assistance from Netsuite?

Hi, I am really struggling with a SuiteTalk issue as the documentation doesn't cover the necessary steps for creating a Return Authorisation from a Sales Order. I would like to know if its possible to get assistance from NetSuite. I tried emailing them but have not received a reply. I have also asked a few questions on this forum but am yet to receive a response.

If anybody know where I can acquire some assistance it would be highly appreciated.
