Customer's can't log in. I can't make a support case about it.
Our customer log-in is broken. We use reference my account. We typically use chrome on a mac and the OS and the browser are on the newest versions. After we enter user name and password, we click submit. Then, it just spins indefinitely. It might not be all computers. It might work on PCs using IE. I haven't tested, but we did get a few orders today. We've also had customers calling that can NOT place orders.
I type my case in NetSuite support and click submit. Then, it just spins indefinitely. So, that button also doesn't work with Chrome on a mac... and maybe other combinations of OS/Browser.
