Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Customer Record Problems when Saving Changes
Our users are getting an error when trying to save some customer records that says the record has already been edited. Our users lose their changes and have to start over. This is being caused by a data sync that is happening in the background by Bronto. Bronto is setting a couple of custom fields and when our user is in the same record the conflict occurs.
Has anyone had this type of problem before and is there a solution? The Bronto people don't have an answer.
