1099 Vendor Payment Report - Yearli, Bundle 199464

I am starting my 1099 process and installed the NetSuite 1099 Vendor Payment Report - Yearli, Bundle 199464. I have logged a Case with NetSuite reporting the Search Results returns duplicate amounts when a Vendor has more than one Address. Of course we can just remove the duplicate data from the final report before submission but wanted NetSuite to be aware.
I am now reconciling my data to the Bundle Saved Search "1099 Vendor Payment Report - Yearli".
I am finding that the "Formula" columns are only putting the amounts in one column ('Box 7. Nonemployee Compensation') instead of as appropriate ('Box 1. Rents', 'Box 2. Royalties', etc.)
