Fulfilment Weight Formula On Picking Ticket

Hi, im looking for a way to calculate the shipping weight for a fulfilment which can be used in a formula on a picking ticket. We use 2 methods of shipping our goods, mail and courier. All orders under 1KG are sent by Mail and all the rest by courier. We want to create formula that will work this out and print the relevant shipping method on the picking ticket for our warehouse pople to see. To summarise in the end we want to have either Mail or Courier printed on our picking tickets which is worked out by the
